1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the MaxiCLI platform, a service operated by Al-Maleka Communications, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
MaxiCLI is a WhatsApp marketing and sales automation platform that provides:
- An intelligent WhatsApp bot for automatic 24/7 customer responses
- A CRM system built from conversations
- Order and sales management
- Periodic reports and analytics
- AI-powered social media post writing and scheduling (advanced plans)
- AI-powered ad campaign management (future)
3. Account & Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide (product catalog, prices, etc.)
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the bot complies with WhatsApp's policies
- You must notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use MaxiCLI to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Distribute illegal or offensive content
- Collect customer data for illegitimate purposes
- Impersonate others or mislead customers
- Engage in any activity that violates Egyptian or international laws
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the MaxiCLI platform, including trademarks, software, and designs, are owned by Al-Maleka Communications. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Content you provide (product catalog, customer data) remains your property.
6. Subscriptions & Payment
- Prices are listed on the pricing page and may be adjusted with prior notice
- Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable
- Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can upgrade at any time — the difference is calculated proportionally
- In case of payment delay, the service may be suspended after notice
7. Service Availability
We do our best to ensure 24/7 service availability. However:
- We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service availability
- Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice
- We are not responsible for outages caused by third parties (WhatsApp, hosting provider, etc.)
8. Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the service
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI bot responses — the subscriber is responsible for reviewing bot settings
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months
9. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
- Upon termination, you may request to export or delete your data per our Privacy Policy
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. In case of any dispute, the competent Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
